Several weeks back, our good friend, Shannon, offered to take newborn and family pictures for us. She is trying to gain some experience for a portfolio of sorts to offer along with her being a doula and prenatal yoga instructor. We were glad to be here guinea pigs, as I did not plan on getting "professional" pictures taken (I am married to an accountant, and that is why, in his opinion, we "bought one of those fancy cameras.") I digress...well, here are our favorites (it was hard to narrow down, as I think she did a WONDERFUL job capturing our little family!

Blake was getting hungry (this was when he was eating every 2 hours), so she captured some great ones of us two
And he was getting tired after he ate, so we were lucky to get a couple at the end

And then Blake had decided he had had enough!
We used three of these pictures for his birth announcements, which went out today. Stay tuned for that...
