Catch up!!
Good gracious, I have neglected this thing! I am finding it nearly impossible to squeeze more time into each day (haha, let me know if the few of you who read this have any time management tips!), but I'm gonna give blogging a try again. I have an app on my phone, which I use a lot, so I guess I have no real excuse (plus I am motivated to make Elise a baby book, like I did for her brothers, out of this blog :-) Because I recently had to back up pictures to my desktop computer, and I have been busy preparing for the littlest's 1st birthday, I was able to organize and post a lot of pictures. And thanks to Mother Nature and all of the cold weather that has kept us house-bound, I am telling myself I will, I WILL, catch up! More to come!
Museum trips
Since I get to stay home a little more now, we purchased a membership to the Perot Museum. We've been a handful of times now, and we LOVE it!

We also try to walk to Kylde Warren Park for an outdoor lunch, if the weather allows it

There is a lot of wide-open space there for the kids to run (and food trucks to visit, hehe), plus a great kid's area!

The boys and I experienced a "fracking" module, while Daddy got little sis to nap :-)

Walking to Klyde Warren for lunch, haha. This girl was fired up!

I bought a Groupon for a trip to the Flight Museum. The boys, especially Jameston, LOVE learning about any aircraft, largely due to his interest in B-52 and B-17 bombers, which is what his great-grandfather flew in WWII.

There was a FANTASTIC children's area there, as well

I cannot keep up with this wild one!

Inside a real commercial plane (with a Harley Davidson at the back?)

We met up with my cousin, a friend, and their three kids...buckle up, it's gonna be a bumpy ride!

Mesmerized...

A air traffic control tower...They could've played there all day!
Jameston and cousin Jax on the way out! We will go back, that is fore sure!!

Playgrounds and the zoo!
Give these kids the outdoors, and we're set! All three, when it was a bit warmer, headed to the park across from our house one morning...

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's...who knows!

What's this mischievous boy up to? :-)

Just us gals (and our graphic tees :-)

Three Winterses in a row!
I mean, I can't even caption how cute this is!

One of my favorite pics of Elise and me, taken by my oldest!

My cousin and her son stayed with us in the fall, and we went to story-time and the playground in downtown at the Intraurban Museum several Friday mornings!
The three stooges, haha!

This boy has the best smile!

And side-stare...ha!

Kids at play:

We recently went to the zoo one Monday morning, since the weather was PERFECT and since it is half-price admission until the end of this mont. We used to have a membership, but it is quite the ordeal to trek there often enough with all three kiddos.
We took the train! Blake, buddy Liam, and Jameston

E's first train ride!

Mommies and their babies!

We met up with one other friend and her two girls...and ended running into two more friends from church and their kids. I tell you what, such a perfect weather day to go!

Elise loves being outside and along for the ride!

Giraffes, elephants and zebras...oh, and my monkies and me :-)

Boys loved the penguins!

Monkey business

Then Elise, thankfully, decided to nap mid-morning. She can nap anywhere!

We got to see the crocs this trip, for our first time! The boys loved seeing them sunbathing

Backwards binoculars for the Blakester are just fine with him

Checking da map

Too cute! Mapping out our route

Hit up the carousel on our way out!

And E worked up an appetite

From our last trip to the playground:

My heart in one picture!

All three just a-swingin'

Monkey see, monkey do

Love my gal

Wish this picture had sound. So loud!

Cruising back to the house!

Until next time!
